Essential Instructions for Applying for Benevolent Fund Grants,
For your convenience, One Wanda operation has been established for speedy approval of applications. Under which the grants will be disbursed in the shortest possible time and the applications will be processed on "first come first served" basis.
Procedure for application is as follows:
First get the token and wait your turn and make sure to follow the 19-Covid SOP.
When your turn comes, the application will be processed as per the following steps.
You submit your application to the diary according to your token and get the diary number. After getting the diary number, your application will immediately go to the exit counter for exit. will be done
After exiting your application will go to data entry counter.
If the application is completed, you will be given an OK receipt. Completed applications will go into the disbursement process.
Deficiency letter will be issued immediately for the applications which are not completed. The institution will not be responsible for applications/documents which are not diary.
Incomplete applications will remain pending until the deficiency is provided and the institution will not be responsible for the delay.
In the form / application, give your phone number which is not of Converted Network, because the message is not received on this number. For which the institution will not be responsible.
You are requested not to contact any employee or handover your documents to any employee based on your reality. Only your papers
Submit to diary and get diary number. The organization will not be responsible for any violation thereof.
In case of any kind of complaint or difficulty, put your complaint in the complaint box according to the following details. Follow the instructions above.
(1) Identity Card of Government Servant
(11) Diary number and receipt number
(iii) Name of the grant or department
(iv) Give your phone number which is not of Converted Network because the message is not received on this number. For which the institution will be responsible.
You are requested to visit the Band White Fund office at least due to 19-Covid to check the status of your application.
Check the status of the application in the following way:
Applicants can check the current status of their application by visiting Benovant Fund Software 🔎(http://bfms.punjab.gov.pk). Contact AO (BF) if your issue is not resolved despite complaint. If (AO(BF) also does not resolve your complaint, bring your complaint to the notice of Secretary Office.
